While MCB strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, unintentional pricing or typographical errors may occur. MCB reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information (including, without limitation, information related to text, pricing, availability and product descriptions) at any time without notice (including after you submitted your order and confirmation was received). 

Unless otherwise noted, prices do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes.

Payment Terms

You hereby agree to be bound by and subject to MCB’s Terms of Use, Privacy Statement, and Payment and Order Policy upon clicking the “Pay Now” button on the Website or in the Online Ordering Application.  When You make a payment, You are authorizing MCB to immediately charge the full dollar amount associated with Your transaction.

You are solely responsible for, and agree to pay, all charge-backs, reversals, claims, fees, fines, penalties, and other liabilities (whether foreseeable or not) incurred by MCB, either directly or indirectly, that result from any transaction authorized by you on the Website or Online Ordering Application.

Payment Source

MCB only accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.  Upon providing your payment details to MCB, You hereby represent and warrant that you are lawfully authorized to use such payment source.  All information collected by MCB in connection with any transaction or payment source authorized by you on the Website or in the Online Ordering Application shall be processed in accordance with our Privacy Statement.

Validating Your Order

After you place an order on the Website or Online Ordering Application, CB will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. MCB reserves the right to cancel any order and/or to limit quantities on any order at any time, without giving reason (even if confirmation of the order was received). If your order is canceled or changed in any way, MCB will attempt to notify you, and (if applicable) a refund will be issued in the original form of payment.

Delivery

Order delivery is subject to the following conditions: (i) MCB’s acceptance of Your order; (ii) Your address falling within MCB’s delivery area; (iii) availability of the applicable products and services; and (iv) Your continued compliance with the Terms. Shipping rates and times may vary, based on weight, delivery location, and are subject to change without notice.
